Step 1

It should be remembered that this menu appears if the "Remember me on this computer" function is activated on mail.ru. By the way, a similar indirect reference to My World is present in the Mail Agent instant messaging system. If this application is installed on your computer, then it is enough to launch it and press the button in the form of a man with a globe in the top menu. When you hover the mouse over this sign, the contextual signature "My World" appears.
Step 3
Use the account recovery procedure if mail.ru cannot identify the user. To do this, you need to remember some of the data specified during registration.
Step 4
Return to the start page and click the "Forgot?" in the "Mail" tab. After that, the system will offer several options for recovery. If you remember the login and domain of your mailbox, then after entering them, the system will ask for an answer to the secret question. The question itself and the answer to it were chosen by you at the time of registration of the mailbox. Fill out the form as fully as possible. The system asks for the information that was specified at the time of registration, so the more accurate the data, the higher the likelihood that mail.ru will restore the account. Remember that you need to send no more than one request at a time. If the application is approved, mail.ru will send a new password to enter the system to the specified mailbox. Therefore, the system will send several passwords according to the number of applications, which may complicate the account activation procedure.
