World of Tanks or WOT is a popular multiplayer game in which players control tanks against each other. For violation of the rules of the system, the administration of the game can ban participants, limiting their accessibility.
The primary reasons for the ban
The player is banned if he violates the rules established by the administration of the WOT game servers. Other participants in the game process can also file a complaint against the player. First of all, participants who offend and provoke other players are excluded from the game. The in-game chat is carefully studied by the administration, and if any player begins to insult or taunt the members of his or the enemy team, forcing them to conflict with each other, he immediately gets a ban. In the chat, obscene language is also tracked, so only polite or neutral communication is allowed without swearing and bad words. The manifestation of racism and internationalism is prohibited.
Players who send spam - non-game advertisements via chat - will be banned. Also, the administration punishes flooding, that is, meaningless communication and filling the chat with many unnecessary suggestions, which greatly interferes with the gameplay. Participants who intimidate their opponents and send them threats of real reprisals are excluded from the game. It is forbidden to slander, insult server moderators and game administrators.
Serious acts leading to a complete loss of access to your account
Any kind of fraud is prohibited, for example, posting links to game resources that are not related to this project, as this leads to the loss of the audience of the game and users getting into fraudulent resources designed to illegally seize personal information or money from players. This also includes sending messages to the administration or other players with a request to provide the login and password of the current or another profile.
It is also fraudulent to send messages to other users of the project on behalf of the administrators with an offer to install or update the software, as well as the distribution of any information that damages users or the creators of the project.
A separate factor in getting banned is unsportsmanlike behavior, when a player begins to deliberately block allied vehicles and in every possible way interfere with his team from winning a battle or simply moving to one or another part of the map. It is forbidden to push allied vehicles under enemy fire, push them off cliffs, etc. In addition, a ban is issued when deliberately inflicting damage on allies, which is automatically tracked.
