The number of games created for the Android operating system is several tens of thousands. They are stored in APK files that can be downloaded from the Google Play virtual store.
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure that the phone contains a SIM card purchased in the region in which the device is currently located. Connect the cheapest unlimited data transfer tariff available to you. Configure the access point (APN) correctly. Its name must begin with the word internet.
Step 2
If you don't have a Google account yet, get one. For this, it is enough, for example, to create a mailbox in Gmail. Set a strong password.
Step 3
Launch the built-in browser of the Android operating system and use it to navigate to the Google Play website. You can also run the application with the same name built into the phone's firmware (in older devices it may be called Android Market if the software has not been updated).
Step 4
Click on the "Sign in" link, then enter your Google account username and password.
Step 5
Find the Leaders and Categories tabs on the Google Play website. The first one is selected by default - go to the second one. Select the "Games" category and then the desired genre.
Step 6
Make sure that the game you like is free - there should be an "Install" button under its thumbnail. Open any search engine in the next browser tab, then enter the name of the application, followed by the word malware after a space. This will tell you if the program is malware. If it turns out that it is not, click on the "Install" button, and then follow the prompts on the phone screen to install the game.
Step 7
If desired, click on the thumbnail and you will be taken to the program page. Here you can familiarize yourself with its description, read reviews about it, find out what other applications were created by the same developer. The “Install” button will be located in the upper left corner of the page, which acts in the same way as in the previous case.
Step 8
You can search for games not only by category, but also by keywords and phrases. To do this, use the input field located at the top of any page on the Google Play site. Enter a search string, and then click the magnifying glass button. You will shortly see a list of applications that match the criteria you specified.
Step 9
When you are finished with the app store, click the Exit button.
