On August 27, the country's government adopted a decree according to which the sale of state and municipal property is now possible through electronic forms. The sale is carried out through online auctions and tenders in accordance with the requirements of the RF Law "On the Privatization of State and Municipal Property". The Federal Agency for State Property Management will be engaged in the sale of federal property on the Internet. The sale of their property via the Internet will also be available to the country's Ministry of Defense. A complete list of authorized persons who are allowed to sell state property through electronic trading will be drawn up within six months by the Ministry of Economic Development in cooperation with the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, the FSB and the Federal Antimonopoly Service. Electronic bidding can be used to sell virtually any federal property. The sale is supposed to be carried out on special electronic platforms, their list will be formed within 6 months. The very organization of the auction is likely to be similar to the one already existing in the state order system. The seller will provide all information about the product and its initial cost, the electronic platform will provide access to bidders, while guaranteeing the complete safety of confidential information. The facts of purchase and sale will be certified by electronic signatures, the entire document circulation of the auctions is supposed to be carried out exclusively in digital form. One of the main reasons for making a decision on the sale of state and municipal property via the Internet was the need to ensure transparency of tenders and equal access to them for participants. It is no secret that the level of corruption in the country is still very high, so the organization of electronic trading, the course and results of which are easy to control, will help fight this evil. In addition, the bidding procedure itself will be greatly simplified, buyers and sellers will be able to participate in them from virtually anywhere in the world.
