Instructions
Step 1
To change your name on the My World social network, you only need the login and password of your account created on the mail.ru website. To do this, go to the page "My World" located at my.mail.ru.
Step 2
Enter your username and password that you specified when registering your mailbox. To enter the system, click the "Ok" button located just below the registration data entry field.
Step 3
Next, you need to find the main command ribbon located in the upper left corner. Among the list of commands such as "Friends", "Messages", "Photos", etc., find the penultimate item called "Profile". When you click on it, a page will open where you can change your data.
Step 4
In the "Name" column, make your changes and click the "Save" button. You can also change your last name and nickname, which will be displayed in the My World service. This can be your real name and surname, or fictitious, if you do not want to be recognized.
Step 5
If you want to change the data that a person sees when receiving your letter (information from whom the letter and the sender's email address), you need to click the first tab located at the top of the Mail window.
Step 6
Further, in the window that opens, you will see the "Settings" button. It is located in the upper right corner of the window. Click on it with the left mouse button and go to the "Personal data" tab.
Step 7
Make your changes and enter your password in the Current Password field. Click "Save". Your data has now been changed.
