Instructions
Step 1
In any browser you are accustomed to, open the page of the Vkontakte social network. If necessary, log in: enter your email address and password in the appropriate windows. Your home page will open. If you are already on a social network, click once with the mouse on the line "My Page".
Step 2
Scroll down your page until you see a line to fill in "What's new?" It will be easier to find it if at the very top of the page, directly under the data on relatives, click on the inscription "Hide detailed information". Detailed information about you will collapse, under the information about your relatives there are now thumbnails of the last photos you have uploaded, and under them is the line "What's new with you?"
Step 3
Move the mouse cursor over this line (the cursor will take the form of a vertical line, as in text editors), click the mouse once. The line has expanded, additional buttons and symbols have appeared. Select on the right, under the camera icon, the inscription "Attach", move the cursor over it.
Step 4
In the drop-down window it is proposed to select: "Photo", "Video recording", "Audio recording", "Other". Move the cursor over the line "Other". The system will add the following items to the drop-down menu: "Graffiti", "Note", "Document", "Map", "Poll", "Timer". Place the cursor on the "Poll" line and click on the inscription with the mouse once.
Step 5
Now you need to fill in the lines that appear: "Poll topic" and the options for answers to it. There can be an unlimited number of options, but not less than two. After you have entered the question that interests you, the options for answering it, you should determine whether you are interested in who gave which answer. If it doesn't matter, check the box next to "Anonymous voting". Click the "Submit" button. The poll has been published. You will see how many people have chosen this or that answer, as well as how much this is a percentage of the total number of voters.
