The picture that is on the user's page can no longer be made in the generally accepted sense of the word, i.e. more at the same time in width and height. But it can be made higher using Adobe Photoshop.

Instructions
Step 1
Open the program and click the menu item "File"> "Open" or use the hotkeys Ctrl + O, specify the path to the required picture and click "Open". A new document will appear in the workspace of the program. Next, decide how you will add extra height to the photo. The first is to simply stretch it vertically (read the second paragraph of the instructions). The second is to glue another image below or above (read the third and fourth points of the instructions).
Step 2
Click Image> Image size. A new window will appear in which you must uncheck the box next to Constrain proportions. Now find the "Pixel dimensions" section and increase the "Height" parameter in it. When finished, click OK. As you can see, the image is stretched in height. To learn how to save the image, read the 5th paragraph of the instructions.
Step 3
Click Image> Canvas size. Increase the “Height” parameter by eye, in the future you can correct it at any time. Turn the background into a full-fledged layer: right-click on it, in the menu that appears, select "From background" and click "OK"
Step 4
Load another image in the same way as in the first step of the instruction. Use the settings in the Image> Image Size window to make the image width the same as the main photo. Using the Move tool (hotkey V) drag this image onto the document with the main image and arrange both layers as you need. If the canvas is not high enough, tweak it.
Step 5
To save the image, click the "File"> "Save as" menu item, specify the path for the new file, its name, the desired format and click "Save".
