There is also an instruction on how you can contact the head of state. This can be done, including directly on the site, through a special form. Please fill it in correctly. The rules in this case are exactly the same as when contacting any official. Please enter your details in the fields. In your message, state exactly the nature of the problem, the actions you took, and what you are asking for. Attach the necessary certificates - there is also a special field for them.

You can also go to the website of the President of Russia by the link kremlin.ru. By typing this address, you will see the same interface as in the previous case. It contains the same information, and at the top there is a link for referrals.
