Communication between the authorities and people is one of the most important principles of government, which has been repeatedly emphasized by the top officials of the state. If you feel the courage to loudly declare your civic position, you can write on the website to the President of the Russian Federation about your own view of any problem. To do this, you have at least two possibilities.
Instructions
Step 1
To write to the website of the President of the Russian Federation, go to the website of the Office for Work with Citizens and Organizations. On the main page, you will see the rules for writing appeals, which you should familiarize yourself with and which must be followed in order for your appeal to be considered by the President or his Administration. In short, the rules boil down to the following requirements:
• The size of an appeal should not exceed 2000 characters with spaces;
• Attached files - do not exceed 5 megabytes;
• The appeal must be written in Russian and not contain offensive references;
• It should be addressed to the President or his Administration and contain specific complaints, proposals and statements.
Step 2
On the page for direct sending of the letter, enter your last name and first name, e-mail address, specify the addressee (President or Administration), select the subject of the appeal and enter the text. In the body of the message, indicate the address of the described place of action, fact or event. Also, if necessary, indicate the phone number for possible clarification of the described information. After that, click the "Send email" button.
Step 3
The second opportunity to write to the website of the President of the Russian Federation is to ask your questions and leave general comments in his video blog. To do this, you need to pre-register. It can take anywhere from an hour to six hours.
Step 4
Go to the topics section or select a video on the topic of your interest and click on the "Add comment …" button. Once logged into the blog, follow the further instructions and post your comment.
