There you will find the rules for drawing up an appeal, which you must carefully read. At the bottom of the page you will find the address for sending letters by regular mail and the button "Send a letter". Click on it and go to the next page.

On the page from which you can directly send a letter, you can choose in what form you would like to receive a response. You can be written by e-mail or regular letter. Put a full stop in the appropriate box.

Fill out the form carefully. It includes the most common questions that you probably already answered when registering on various sites or social networks. You need to indicate your last name, first name and patronymic, email, phone number, social status, country and region.

Write your own appeal. Try to be very clear and short about the problem. The text of the letter should not exceed 2,000 characters. The rest of the documents can be attached. But the size of the attachment should not exceed 5 MB. Therefore, try to optimize your files before attaching them to your email.

Step 7

After you send the letter, you should receive a response from the Presidential Administration that it has been received and considered. Some time later, you will receive an answer from the structure, which is responsible for resolving your question.
