The message history is located in a special subfolder called the "Agent Archive". This subfolder displays a list of contacts of people with whom you have communicated, have been in correspondence using instant messages. Messages from this archive folder can be deleted, but now the question arises how?

Step 3

Go to the folder "Agent archive", you will see a list of contacts. Click on the contact, or rather, on the line with the E-mail address. You can view the entire conversation history. Delete unnecessary messages by checking each box. Please note that you will not delete the entire folder at once, the system will not give the program.

Step 4

Keep in mind, when installing the "Agent" on your computer, add the program to the list of exclusions in Windows Defender. Otherwise, the system will recognize the "Agent" as a virus. Please note that in some versions of the "Agent" an error appears from time to time. Received letters can immediately go to the "Agent Archive" folder.

Step 5

If a problem appears, use another browser, check your computer for viruses. Go to the "Mailbox interface", change the mail settings. Click on the checkbox "Display Agent on browser pages", put the checkmark back. Reboot your computer. Check your flash player settings. It displays animated emoticons.
