Mail agent is an online communication messenger, opened by the mail.ru service in 2003. Like its counterparts, the client allows you to exchange text messages and multimedia files, broadcast video calls and synchronize the program with accounts on social networks.
Instructions
Step 1
Since the Messenger Mail-agent was created under the mail.ru mail service, only users of an e-mail box with a domain on mail.ru are allowed to work with it. At the same time, to create a questionnaire, you must register in the social network "My World", which connects users of e-mail mail.ru. As in any social network, "My World" and the Mail Agent require the creation of a reliable profile with the name, surname and other personal data.
Step 2
If you decide to stop using the Mail Agent, uninstall the program from your computer so that it does not take up extra space on the system drive. To do this, open the "Start" menu and find the "Add or Remove Programs" section in it. Please note that you must have administrator rights on your computer to use these features.
Step 3
The menu that opens will show you all the programs installed on your computer. Find among them the shortcut Mail-agent, select it and click on the "Remove" button. Follow the prompts from the system to complete uninstallation. Confirm your decision of complete removal by clicking the "OK" button.
Step 4
If Sputnik mail.ru is installed on your computer, reopen the control panel, the Add or Remove Programs menu, and uninstall this add-on in the same way.
Step 5
Complete deletion of a profile on the Mail Agent service requires prior deletion of an account in My World. Log in to your mailbox, to which the profile in the social network is attached. Enter "My World" and activate the "Settings" tab, which is located at the top line of the toolbar, to the right of the main photo page.
Step 6
In the "Settings" open the "Home" section. Scroll down and you will see the column for deleting the questionnaire "Yes, I want to delete My world, having lost all the information entered without the possibility of recovery." Click the "Delete" button and confirm your actions by clicking "OK".
