There are many newsletters on the Internet that you can subscribe to. Some of them are messages about updates on the sites. Usually, a user subscribes to updates of those resources that interest him, but over time, too many of them can accumulate in the email inbox. And interests change over time. In this case, you can unsubscribe from the mailing list.
Instructions
Step 1
If you once again received a mailing letter and want to unsubscribe from it, you can do it here. The letter (usually at the end) should contain a link, after clicking on which your email address will be removed from the mailing list. This can happen immediately after clicking on the link, or after confirming the refusal.
Step 2
Another way is to unsubscribe from the information portal page if mailings come to you from a specialized mailing service. After going to the site of the mailing service through the link in the letter that came to your email address, you will see a list of mailings to which you are subscribed. You can unsubscribe from one of them or from all of them at once.
Step 3
If suddenly these methods do not help or there is no link in the letters to unsubscribe, just blacklist the address from which the mailings come. Emails from this address will no longer end up in your Inbox.
Step 4
If you notice a mailing list in your inbox that you did not subscribe to, then it is probably spam. They could see your email somewhere and start sending you messages without your consent. Mark an email as spam, and it will immediately go to your spam folder (such are provided in many mail services). Or blacklist the address.
Step 5
One of the new features on the site of the popular social network "Vkontakte" is a subscription to updates of interesting people who are not your friends. If you subscribed to someone's updates, but you no longer need them, unsubscribe from them. To do this, go to the person's page and click the "Unsubscribe from updates" link. If you want to unsubscribe some “fan” from your own updates, go to the page with your subscribers (www.vkontakte.rufans.php) and click on the cross (delete) next to the avatar of the person you want to delete. The user will be removed from subscribers and also blacklisted.
