First and foremost, optimize your operating system to keep CPU usage as low as possible. Most modern systems use graphic special effects to create a more attractive interface. Disable them. When using the Windows operating system, it is enough to select the option that contributes to the best computer performance - in this case, all add-ons that load the processor will be disabled.
Step 2
Minimize the number of processes running in the background. To do this, disable all programs except those that are necessary for the correct operation of the game. Open the tray and turn off programs running in the background. Make sure they are disabled by launching the Task Manager and disabling the appropriate process in case of an exit error. Often, the problem of increased ping is caused precisely by the fact that the processor is overloaded with background applications, so the less they work, the more likely it is to reduce the signal latency.

Optimize the loading of the Internet connection channel. Disable programs that can in any way download or, in principle, can download the communication channel. Disable antiviruses, instant messengers, download managers, as well as your web browser. In addition to the fact that these programs exert a load on the processor, they often block the communication channel so much that ping interferes with the game. The fewer programs use the network connection, the shorter the response time will be and, accordingly, the lower the ping.

Minimize in-game video settings. Excessive load on the video card and processor is often the reason for increased ping, so the less detail and the number of additional effects, the greater the possibility of normal play. Experiment with the settings, setting the minimum settings first and gradually raising them.
