Step 1
If you lose your password, go to the official ICQ website - https://www.icq.com/ru. There you can find a special section called "Password Recovery". This section is located at the very bottom of the main page of the site. Click on the title and you will see two fields. In one of them, enter your mobile phone number or email address. A letter with instructions will be sent there. It will help you set a new password. Now, in more detail about the second field: in it you must specify the confirmation code from the picture next to it.
Step 2
As already mentioned, the UIN itself cannot be restored in any way. And if you cannot remember it, you will have to register a new number. To do this, you also need to go to the website https://www.icq.com/ru. Please note that the link "Registration in ICQ" you need is located in the upper right corner of the page. After clicking on the link, a questionnaire will appear on the screen. When filling out, indicate your name and surname, date of birth, gender, e-mail. Also, come up with a password that is as difficult as possible to log into the system (this will ensure the security of your data). Before completing the registration procedure, enter the code from the picture in the empty field. In case you have any problems with registering a new profile, write to the support service of the site or on the forum.
