You can return defective or unsuitable goods to the online store within seven days. To do this, you need to contact the seller in writing, where you must state the reason for the return. The letter can be sent by email. Now reputable online stores attach a special return form to the purchase.
The form must contain information about the address of the store, the schedule of its work and contacts, terms of return, information about the requirements for the goods. Carefully read the return form, if some of this information is missing, the seller may increase the refund period up to 3 months. It will be considered that the seller has informed the buyer in bad faith of the rules for purchasing the goods.
If the goods have to be sent to another city, the seller is obliged to pay the buyer postage. But only if we are talking about a defective product. The seller makes an examination of the defective goods independently. If the buyer did not like the conclusions of the examination, he has the right to carry out an independent examination or challenge the results in court. The sale of goods via the Internet is regulated by the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", Article 26 "Remote way of selling goods".
The seller is responsible for the defective product. As soon as it is recognized as a marriage, the online store must return the money to the buyer within ten days. The buyer also has the right to exchange a low-quality product for a similar or similar one with a recalculation of the cost.
