Step 1
Turn on your computer. Select the required file that you want to transfer to your phone via the Internet. Open your email inbox and click on the "Write a letter" item. It is not necessary to write the text of the letter. It is enough to indicate the subject of the message so that the user who will accept the file understands that this letter came from you and does not pose any danger. Then click on the "Attach file" button.

Now on your computer, select the file you want to attach and click "Open". Wait a while. Click on "Send Email". On mail servers, the file size is limited and cannot exceed 20 MB. Therefore, files that weigh more than this limit will not be sent.
Step 3
Tell the person to whom you sent the file that the letter is in his e-mail. The user, in turn, must open a browser, go to e-mail and download the file you sent. These actions should not be difficult if the phone has enough free memory to accept a file of a certain size.

You can also use the service that provides sending quick messages. QIP, ICQ or Skype are fine. In order to send a file from the Internet to the recipient's phone, it is necessary that a program similar to yours is installed on his cell phone, and there is enough memory in the phone.
Step 5
Launch whichever application you like the most to use. See if the person to whom you will transfer the file is online or not. If so, click on the "Transfer File" button. Select a file from your computer, click on it. This will confirm the upload of the file. Wait for the recipient on the other end of the network to agree to accept the file. When the dispatch begins, consider that the job is done.
