After you create your site, you will need to make its description, which will be located in the appropriate tab. The ease of working with your site depends on how correctly and clearly you compose it, and, consequently, the number of visitors on it.
Instructions
Step 1
List the site information you need to provide. These can be site rules, various instructions. It also includes contact information and a list of frequently asked questions and answers to them.
Step 2
Complete the section listing site rules. For the convenience of the perception of this information by visitors, you can group the rules by any criterion. For example, "Users are allowed" and "Users are prohibited". Keep in mind that the list of rules should not be too long. Five points in each section are sufficient. Large volume is difficult to read and memorize. Be sure to include in this part the rules for reprinting information that is posted on the site.
Step 3
Place frequently asked questions along with their answers. Thus, you will prevent some users from contacting the help desk about the problems that you have already covered in this section. Plus, your visitors will appreciate your concern for their time and convenience. With the Q&A section, you show your customer focus.
Step 4
Provide contact information where visitors can contact support. If you have a toll free number, please enter it first. With this type of communication, it is not the subscriber who pays for the call, but the one to whom the call is made. Here you can place a form for feedback by e-mail. This is also a very convenient service. Also, you can tell about your partners.
Step 5
Go directly to the information that reflects the content of the site. Here you can make a short announcement and reveal the purpose of creating the resource. List its features for visitors.
Step 6
Turn on the News section. Here you will post fresh, relevant information. When it is collected in one place, it is much easier to track it to the target audience.
