This is deleting, moving or renaming the downloaded information (let's say you downloaded a movie to your computer for home viewing), as well as deleting, moving or renaming the torrent file that provides access to the movie. Many users do not pay attention to these small files, from which the download of the movie to the computer begins, but it is the torrents that transmit the information about the active distribution of your movie to the server.
