Step 1
Whatever site you find yourself on, it should contain information about contacts. Typically, contacts are displayed on a separate page under the appropriate heading. If there is no such page, contact information can be found at the top or bottom of the site. As contacts, you can specify both a phone number and an e-mail address, or an ICQ number. To contact the site administration via ICQ or E-Mail, you need to do the following.

Contacting the administration of the resource by e-mail. Copy the email address from the website page and enter your mailbox. Once in the personal account of your mail service, find the item "Write a letter" and click on it. In the "To" field, paste the previously copied email address. In the Subject field, you need to give a title to your message. You can also send certain files to the administration using the "Attach files" button. After writing the letter, click the "Send" button. It remains only to wait for a response from the administration.
Step 3
Contacting the administration of the resource via ICQ. Launch ICQ client on your computer. In the open program window, select the "Menu" item and click on the "Add new contact" link in it. Copy the ICQ number from the site and paste it into the field for adding a contact by clicking the "Add" button. After the number is added to your contact list, you can contact the site administration by double-clicking on the added contact.
