First of all, pay attention to the site itself. Many resources have a feedback form or a guestbook where you can ask any question to the site administration. Do not forget to include your real e-mail address when sending a message so that you can receive a response.

Some Internet resources contain a page "Contacts" or "How to contact", which indicates an email address or phone number. Use this information to write or call the site owner.

Use the Whois technical protocol to get the details of the domain owner. Many web services provide this service. Go to the page of any of them (for example, https://www.whois.net, https://1stat.ru/?show=whois, https://www.reg.ru/whois/index) and enter in the window domain name, for example, kakprosto.ru, click the "Check" button. After processing the received data, the service will give out all the information available on this domain.

Often, site administrators prefer to hide information about themselves when registering a domain. In this case, you can contact him through a domain registrar or hoster. Sometimes, using the Whois protocol, you can see the inscription "Contact administrator" and a link. By clicking on it, you will be taken to the website of the registrar of the checked domain and will be able to leave a message there for its owner.

If the line "Contact the administrator" is missing, you need to find out the domain registrar or site hoster yourself. The line "Registrar" or "registrar" often contains a combination of letters, for example, RU-CENTER-REG-RIPN. It means the identifier assigned to the registrar. Knowing it, you can find out the name of the registrar. For example, for domains registered in RU and RF zones, a list of registrars and their corresponding identifiers can be found at https://cctld.ru/ru/registrators. To find out which hosting the site is located on, pay attention to the "nserver" line in the Whois query results. You will see an inscription like "ns.masterhost.ru" or "ns3.dataworker.net". In these examples, the hosters are Masterhost and Dataworker, respectively. Once you find their sites through a search engine, you can email them. However, do not forget that this way of finding out the hoster is far from always effective.
