In addition, you need to carefully review the payment card service agreement. In some banks, one of the conditions of the agreement is the impossibility of protesting payments made on the Internet. In this case, you need to contact the store and demand delivery of a similar product, motivating your requirements with a perfect payment and the absence of the previously ordered product.

If you have already received the item you need by mail, but for some reason want to refuse it and return it to the online store, read the terms and conditions of return, which each store sets independently. Do not wait with the desire to refuse the product - usually you can return the product within a week or two after the purchase. The online store returns funds for the purchased item within a few weeks, minus the cost of shipping the goods.
