Payment for the goods should not be made in installments - only in one payment. More than 45 days should not pass from the payment date, otherwise you will not be able to open a dispute. There are also temporary restrictions on filing claims - from the moment of initiating a dispute to filing a claim, it should not take more than 20 days.
If the goods did not arrive by mail - the buyer is returned the entire amount paid, including the funds transferred for the delivery of the goods. If the goods arrive, but are either damaged or do not meet the declared qualities, the buyer is also paid the entire amount, but he must first send the goods back to the seller.
Unauthorized payment
PayPal can also be refunded in the event of an unauthorized payment. If funds were debited from your card, but you did not give consent to this debiting, you have the opportunity to make a chargeback.
