Step 1
If you are using the Google Chrome browser, then to view the records of the visited sites, first click on the wrench image in the upper right corner of the screen. In the list that opens, select the "History" item.
Step 2
In order to speed up the search for the resource you need, use the search box at the top of the page. Enter one or more words from the title or description of the web page.

If you want to access the visited web pages in Internet Explorer, click on the star in the upper right corner of the screen between the images of the house and the gear. In the window that appears, select the "Journal" tab.

To search for a web page viewed on a specific day, select the "View by date" line from the list with an arrow at the top of the history module. Then click on the desired date and find the resource you are interested in in the list of visited sites.
Step 5
To find out the address of a section of a certain site or a list of search queries in a search engine, select the "Browse by site" item in the same drop-down list. Then find the address you need in the list of visited sites and, having viewed all the pages viewed on this site, go to the one that you need.
Step 6
If you need to return to the page that you viewed most recently, expand the list of ways to locate the search history, click on the entry "View by visit order". Review the records and go to the resource you need.
Step 7
If you remember one or more words from the name or description of the forgotten site, then select the entry "Search in the log" from the list with an arrow. In the special after, enter a word or phrase in the language in which it is used on the web page and click the "Start Search" button. At the end of the process of finding matches in the list of visited addresses, click on the entry you need.
Step 8
To search for the visited address in the Mozilla Firefox browser, first click on the orange rectangle with an arrow, where the Firefox inscription is located. Then hover over the "Journal" item located in the list that opens and select the "Show entire journal" entry.

Then, in the window that appears, click on the desired date from the list provided and select the site of interest. To search for a site by its name or description, enter the appropriate word or phrase in the search form located in the upper right part of the module, and go to the found resource.
