Cartoons are animated images in messenger programs and are intended to express any kind of emotion. As a rule, they differ from emoticons by the presence of voice acting and their large size.

Step 1
To install new cartoons or emoticons in the agent, first of all, close this program. Open the browser you are using and enter the necessary keywords in the search bar, for example, "Cartoons for Mail Agent" or "Installing cartoons for an agent", etc.
Step 2
The search engine will offer you a large list of sites from which you can download cartoons for the agent. Try to download files from reliable sources, for example, https://files.mail.ru/8ULF10, so as not to infect your computer with viruses. In addition, you may face a situation where, in order to download self-extracting archives with emoticons, you will be prompted to send an sms message to a short number in order to receive a password. In no case do this, a huge amount of money will be debited from your phone account and you most likely will not receive any password.
Step 3
Check the downloaded files for viruses. If everything is in order, double-click with the right mouse button on the downloaded cartoons, after which they will automatically be installed in the directory where the main cartoons are located.
Step 4
Launch the Mail Agent program, open the form for entering messages, click on the icon that opens the container with cartoons. If you do not find the installed cartoons there, restart the operating system and start the program again.
Step 5
In the event that the cartoons did not appear after that, run the installation file again and manually specify the directory for finding the cartoons. This sometimes happens if from the very beginning the installation folder is selected not by default, but by the user's choice. The same can be done when installing emoticons for Mail Agent.
Step 6
