The status in communication programs provides additional information about the user: both technical and personal. This data is displayed directly in the contact list, as well as with a special reference to the interlocutor's profile.
Instructions
Step 1
The first and easiest way is to open the message box (where you are chatting with other people) of the interlocutor with whom you want to check the status. At the top of the window that appears, where the interlocutor's nickname is located, you can see the status. For example: Sanya - I am resting.
Step 2
The second method is a little more complicated, but if the status is long, then it may not fit after the nickname, as in the first method. In this case, you must open the list of your contacts, find the interlocutor you need there and double-click on the nickname with the left mouse button, after which the personal information of this contact will open. At the very top there will be the name of this contact, a little lower - the ICQ number, even lower - whether the interlocutor is currently online or not. But after this inscription, the status of this person is also visible, if, of course, he wrote or put it.
Step 3
The status can be expressed by a ready-made symbol provided by the program itself for communication. To view this status, you must also open your contact list. In front of each nickname, you see a symbol in the form of a flower. If a person has not set a special status, then it will be just a green flower, indicating the presence of a contact in the network. If the flower is red, the user is offline, if there is a sign on the flower, the person is busy, has been away for a while, is having lunch, and so on.
