The terms of use are a legal document governing the conduct of website visitors. Usually they are placed on a separate page, which is open to everyone.
Instructions
Step 1
After visiting the home page of the site, scroll down to the bottom. Try to find a link at the bottom of the page called "Rules", "Terms", etc. In English, this link may be called Terms and conditions or Terms of use. follow it, and the page with rules will load. Do not confuse this document with another, which in Russian is called "Privacy Policy", and in English - Privacy policy. It tells not about what can and cannot be done on the site, but about how its owner undertakes to deal with the personal data of visitors.
Step 2
If there is no link to the terms of use on the home page, look at the top of this page for a link titled “Register” or “Register”. When the corresponding form is loaded, do not fill in the fields in it, but find the checkbox under the name "I accept the terms" or similar. Nearby is a link to the rules for using the resource, or the word "conditions" itself is an active link. Follow it.
Step 3
If you cannot find the conditions in this way, try to find another link called "Sitemap". A complete list of all sections of the resource appears. Press Ctrl + F and type the word "rules". If nothing is found, search again for the word "conditions". On English-language sites, search for terms.
Step 4
You can also use a search engine that allows you to limit your search to one domain name. These include, in particular, Google and Nigma. Enter the following string in the search box:
site: name.domain conditions
Here name.domain is the domain name of the site. Try also substituting for the word "conditions" and other words listed in the previous step.
Step 5
Remember that, in accordance with Articles 434-438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the rules for using the site are a public offer, unless otherwise indicated therein. By visiting the site, you thereby accept the offer, that is, accept these conditions and conclude an agreement with the owner of the resource. Please note that the absence of a prohibition on the use of the results of intellectual activity located on the site does not constitute permission to use them. That is, if the conditions do not explicitly indicate exactly how you can use its materials (for example, post them on other sites), then it is considered that they cannot be used at all, with the exception of the methods specified in Articles 1273, 1274, 1277 and 1278 Of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
