Instructions
Step 1
Go to the Vkontakte page by entering your username and password, if your browser does not automatically save them. Use the Opera or Chrome browser - they have a built-in password manager, so you don't have to enter data every time you enter the site. Step 2
Add a new recording to your video album. To do this, go to the "My Videos" section, which is in the list on the left side of the page. Find the inscription "Add video" and click on it with the right mouse button. Browse to the path on your computer where the video file is located. Open the added video for viewing by following the link. Then click on the "Mark" item located on the right under the video recording window. A list of your friends will appear in front of you.

If you do not want to tag all users on the video, select only those friends you want in the "To" field. You can manually mark users either one at a time or several at once.
