Cleaning is done using air conditioners equipped with appropriate filters. For many companies, it is important to protect important information that is stored on servers. If they are scattered across different areas of a building where many people work, anyone can gain access to the data. In this case, even a cleaning lady or an electrician can steal important information. The server room greatly facilitates security and equipment access control. Having all the servers in the same room makes it much easier and faster to upgrade, prevent, or troubleshoot. These factors may not be prioritized compared to the cost of creating a server room for a small company with a dozen servers. But for a large company that has at least several dozen units of such equipment and is highly dependent on the stable operation of servers, it will be much cheaper and easier to provide optimal conditions for their reliable operation in one single room - a server room.
