And setting up a webcam in Skype is quite simple.

Step 1
If your PC doesn't have a built-in webcam, get the simplest one in the store. If you are unsure, check with the seller or a friend who knows about it, but remember that you don't need a super fancy model at all. When purchasing, make sure that drivers are included with the webcam.

Connect the webcam to the computer, if for some unknown reason there were no drivers in the set, download them from the Internet. The main thing is that the downloaded drivers match the brand of the webcam.
Step 3
Make sure Skype "sees" the newly connected webcam. Do it as follows: go to the "Tools" menu, click on the "Settings" option, then go to the "Video Settings" submenu and make sure that there is a check mark next to the "Enable Skype Video" option. This checkbox should be in this place.
Step 4
If everything is in order, Skype saw the connected webcam, and it started working - you will see yourself in the upper right corner of the monitor. If your image is not there, demolish the drivers, install them again, and check again if there is an image. If the attempt is successful, you will see yourself and your interlocutor, and your interlocutor will see you.
Step 5
Adjust the image to your liking. To do this, there is an option "Webcam settings", go into it and explore the proposed options. Through this option you can set brightness, contrast and color gamut. All changes made will take place right before your eyes - on your PC monitor, and you will personally control the whole process.
Step 6
