Instructions
Step 1
Log in to the ICQ program (enter your username and password). Wait while the system downloads your personal data and displays a list of your contacts.
Step 2
Open the main ICQ panel - the one where all your friends are written. On the top toolbar, find the "Menu" button and click on it. In the list of functions that opens, find the "Profile" section and click on it with the left mouse button.
Step 3
The "Profile" section shows your personal information, which is visible to your friends added to your contact list. Also, the data of your account recorded here is visible to all users of the ICQ world when looking for friends. This is useful when the user is looking for friends with the same interests. To change the configuration of your profile, click on the "Edit Profile" button. It's on the top panel of your profile. Now you can not only change all personal data recorded in ICQ, but also change the photo. This will be done by the button of the same name, which is located just next to your avatar.

By clicking on the "Change Image" button, select the database from which you will take the image. ICQ settings allow you to use both personal photos and any graphic images that reflect your inner world.
Step 6
Click on the "Browse" button and your computer's system will open in front of you. In the search bar, enter the address of the folder inside which the desired photo is located. Select the desired image and click "Apply". In a few moments, your account photo will change.
Step 7
Click on the "Take a picture" button and your webcam will turn on. Take a picture of yourself, and the picture will instantly be uploaded to the ICQ database and will become the main picture of your profile.
Step 8
Pick a funny face from the ICQ database. Click on the "Choose an avatar" button in the window with a change of photo, and the program will open a selection of standard images for you. Click on the one you like with the left mouse button and click "OK". This photo will now represent your account.
