Step 1
Go to the billing control panel for the personal account of your Internet connection. To do this, in the browser you need to enter the URL of your statistics page, and then the login and password to your account. Take the necessary data from the connection information provided by the provider. Your personal statistics page will appear on the screen.
Step 2
Open the statistics page for the current tariff. To do this, in the account window, click on the number in the "Service statistics" field. You will see a window with information on this tariff. At the bottom of the page there is a section "Changing the basic tariff". Your current rate is listed here. And also there is an opportunity to change the tariff to a more profitable one.
Step 3
In the drop-down list, select the new tariff you want to switch to. Click the "Schedule a tariff change" button. The window will display information about the date of transition to the planned tariff.
Step 4
Check your account balance. The amount on it must be sufficient to pay for the work of the service at this rate. Top up your balance if necessary. On the specified day, the provider will automatically transfer you to the selected tariff.
