Often, a large number of emails come to e-mail, among which there is also spam that needs to be deleted. However, sometimes, among unnecessary messages, you can mistakenly erase a really important letter. To restore it, you need to use the corresponding function of the interface of your e-mail service.

Instructions

Step 1

If you use the Gmail service, after deleting all emails are placed in the "Trash" folder. To access this section, you will need to go to your account by entering your username and password on the resource login page. After that, click on the "Cart" link, which will be displayed on the left side of the resource page. Sometimes this folder is located in the "More" section of the same part of the page.

Step 2

On the page that opens, you will see a list of previously deleted messages. Select the desired message by checking the box next to the sender's name. After that, click on the "Move to Inbox" button. Your letter will be moved to the "Inbox" directory and will be displayed in the main folder of all messages.

Step 3

It is worth noting that it is impossible to recover an email on Gmail that was deleted more than 30 days ago. Only those items are saved in the "Trash" directory that were erased using the "Delete" button. If you click on the "Delete forever" button in the trash can, you completely erase the data about the letter, which will be impossible to recover.

Step 4

Similarly, deleted mail can be restored in Mail.ru. Open the service page and enter your username and password, then go to the "Basket" directory in the upper left part of the interface menu. Press the "Restore" button. The desired message will be restored to the common inbox directory. A similar function is available on Rambler and Yandex services.

Step 5

If you used a mail client, for example Microsoft Outlook, to manage your mail, in the program window select the "Deleted Items" folder, and then click on the "Recover Deleted Messages" item at the bottom of the window. If there are no messages in this directory, it will no longer be possible to recover deleted messages, since the folder is automatically cleared after a certain period of time, which is set in the corresponding section of the program settings.
