Unloading data is one of the most common operations in 1C programming. At the same time, it can present some complexity during execution, since during the transfer it becomes necessary to filter information.

Instructions

Step 1

Launch the 1C application. From the Files menu, open the Reference tab and specify items that describe the location of the configurations for both the data sink and its source, as well as the files that contain the migration rules. Specify the path to the upload processing file, if necessary.

Step 2

Enter the required configuration into the reference book of the same name. Using the "Configuration objects" option, set the elements to describe the configuration metadata objects. Click on the "Columns" button to make the "Description of changes" column visible. If these objects were previously entered here, they will be marked and replaced.

Step 3

Compare the correspondence of objects in source and destination configurations. It is allowed to split one source object into different destination objects, and vice versa, for example, several sources can be combined into one receiver using the "Create receiver" command. On the "Upload and download XML data" tab, click the "Save details" button to set the appropriate rules.

Step 4

Click on the "Export" menu tab. Set the rules for objects that determine the upload path (check, if necessary, the items "Replace", "Save a copy", etc.), and properties of the attributes to indicate the way of transition of source objects to destination objects. To do this, for example, check the box next to "Delete previous version", etc. In case of lack of funds for unloading instances of sources, the data transfer conditions can be specified in more detail on the "Select individual objects" tab.

Step 5

Specify on the "Export" tab how you want to transform the attribute or object that has this attribute. To do this, opposite the name of the directory, fill in the fields of the final path and file resolution. This must be done in order for the data of the source and destination objects to match. The receiver value can be obtained from any available source attributes on the "Requisites" tab.

Step 6

Select the appropriate way to download the directory by specifying the appropriate conditions on the "Details" tab. You can download only the history of periodic details or the actual value. For documents, press the button "Search the tabular section". When unloading, use the "Search" mode, which helps in ordering objects by code, name, and an arbitrary set of selected details.
