When using the Beeline Internet service, you can change your tariff plan in several ways. The most trivial is to go to the office of the company, taking with you the connection agreement and an identity document. But this is not the only and not the most convenient option. It is much easier to do this using a "personal account" - a web interface that, among other features, allows you to manage your tariff plan.
Instructions
Step 1
Log in to your personal account on the Beeline website - it is located at https://lk.beeline.ru/. To enter, authorization is required - the initial username and password must be specified in your copy of the connection agreement or in the annex to it. The provider recommends changing this password immediately after the first login to your account. If you've already done so, then don't forget to use your new password
Step 2
Click the "Internet" link on the main page of your account and the browser will open the corresponding page containing information about your current tariff plan. Above the data on the connection speed, monthly fee and other parameters, there are three links, the middle one of which is exactly the one that is needed to access the options for changing the tariff - "Change the tariff plan".
Step 3
Follow the link for managing the tariff and select the one that suits you the most from the list of available options. More detailed information about each tariff can be viewed on the main Beeline website https://internet.beeline.ru. To do this, click on the "Tariffs" link. Here they differ depending on the region, so you will be prompted to select your area. You can also consult by calling customer support 8-800-700-8000 - this call is free for any region. Having decided on the tariff, put the appropriate mark in front of the desired option and click the "Change tariff plan" link
Step 4
Click the button "Change tariff plan" and on the next page - it will be shown to you to confirm your choice. This completes the tariff change procedure. You can repeat it no more than once a month.
Step 5
All this can be done for you by the operator of the customer support center, if you give your customer account number and the name that appears in the connection agreement.
