Step 1
ID is a special identification number that is assigned to each Vkontakte user during registration. Using it, you can easily restore access to your page.
Step 2
To return your account using your identification number, go to the restore access page at https://vk.com/restore and select "click here" at the bottom. After that, you will be asked to enter your page number, which it is advisable to remember in advance, and fill out a special form, indicating your phone number, email address and a number of other data. If the profile that opens in the next window is yours, go to it.
Step 3
If there are no problems with the site, but you do not want to use your login and password to enter your account, it will be enough to indicate your identification number - ID. In your browser, enter the following combination https://vk.com/id in the address bar and add your number to it without a space. You should get the address: https://vk.com/idXXXXXX, where XXXXXX is your ID. Now you can safely go to your page and continue chatting with your friends.
Step 4
Knowing someone else's ID, you can also visit the accounts of strangers. The method of action is the same as when entering your Vkontakte page. Add the user's identification number - and you are already "visiting" him.
Step 5
To find out the user's id, you need to go to his page and carefully look at the address in the status bar of your browser. The number after the letters id will be the required identification number.
