Links are provided for ease of navigation. With their help, the user can freely navigate the site and easily find the sections of interest to him. If the transitions are arranged extremely inconveniently, then the duration of the visitors' presence on the resource pages will be minimal.
Instructions
Step 1
There are several ways to register a link on the site. If using the engine, log in as an administrator in the materials menu. Next, select the desired page or create a new one. Write the text, when you click on which the transition will be carried out. Select it and select the Add Link icon from the toolbar. A form will open in front of you to be filled out. Specify all the necessary parameters provided by cms, set the page address and click "OK". Save changes and refresh the page in the browser window - a link should appear. Check its operability, make changes if necessary.
Step 2
If you need to create a link that will be displayed on all pages of the site, then go to the templates section. Select the "Edit html" command, a page with the code will open in front of you. Before changing anything here, play it safe - copy the information to a safe place so that in the event of an accidental deletion of data, you can return the original material.
Step 3
Find the block you need and enter a link in it in the Text format from which the transition will be made. If you need to put a graphic file instead of the text, use the following link:. Save your changes and see the result.
Step 4
To create a transition to a specific part of a web page, first place anchors in the necessary places on the site, give them names. Better to set serial numbers - spend less time writing links. If you are using cms, select a part of the text, click "Add link" and fill in the "Anchor" field. In html-document format it will look like Text / Picture
Step 5
On simple web pages, the transition to another page is also written in the code using the and tags.
