On many domestic similar resources, the rating is an optional attribute for comfortable downloading of data, a simple registration is enough. And registration is often unnecessary. But these torrent trackers tend to be overloaded with ads and pop-ups, which affects their usability.

It is also worth noting the possibility of boosting the rating. There are many programs on the Internet that can artificially increase a user's rating on a particular tracker. Of course, the administration punishes such users. But if you cheat carefully and wisely, then not a single tracker administrator will be able to technically prove the fact of a rating boost.
