For a long time, few people use the services of regular mail to enter into correspondence with someone. Mostly they do it via the Internet. It allows you to instantly send not only the letter itself, but also attached files with photos or documents. To take advantage of these features, you must first register your email account.
It is necessary
- -a computer;
- -access to the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Practically on all sites providing such a service as an e-mail box, the procedure for registering it is standard. Go to the portal by entering its network address in the browser command line. You will be taken to the main page first. Find the "Mail" tab. It is usually on the left and can be easily seen. Found it? Click on it. Then select the button "Register in mail" and also click on it by hovering over the cursor.
Step 2
After these manipulations, the actual registration form should open. Fill in the blank fields. Those marked with an asterisk are usually required. So, enter your real name and surname, age, gender, hometown.
Step 3
Next, you need to come up with a name or address for your electronic mailbox on the Internet. This could be, for example, your last name, initials, or even a nickname that parents give as a child. It is usually funny and easy to remember. In general, anything can be used as an address. The main thing is originality.
Step 4
If nothing comes to mind, don't be discouraged. Some sites have a system that picks up logins automatically. True, they are not always readable, but still worth a try. Find such a tab and click on it. Then, using the same system, come up with a password for your mail. It must be at least six characters long and also not trivial. Otherwise, your mailbox will be easily hacked and spam will be sent from it to everyone on the address list. So it's better to protect yourself right away.
Step 5
The password must be repeated again in the field below and come up with a tricky question in case you forget the cherished symbols. This is done to enable quick recovery. That's all. Click the "Register" button and after a while you can send your first letter from a new e-mail box.
