Steam is a popular service for purchasing licensed copies of games. Using this tool, users can also carry out game interactions, record their game achievements and purchase various game add-ons. All these service functions are implemented in one computer application.
Client registration and installation

Launching the app and buying games
Before purchasing a game, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with its system requirements.
Double click on the shortcut that appears after installation on the desktop with the image of the Steam logo. You will need to enter your username and password. Enter the information that you provided when registering your account, and then click "Login". If all the information was specified correctly, the store interface will load. If this does not happen, check the entered information and try to sign in again.
The main window of the program will display the store interface and a list of new offers available for Steam. You can select the desired sections of the program using the tabs located at the top of the window. To go to the game store, click on the "Store" tab. If you want to view a list of already purchased applications, go to the "Library" item. In the "Community" section, you will see the added friends. You can add other users by specifying their steam ID.
The "News" section contains the latest service updates.
To make a purchase, go to the "Store" section and select the game you like. After reviewing the system requirements, click on the "Add to cart" button to postpone the product you like. Similarly, you can add multiple games at the same time.
After finishing your shopping, go to the "Cart" section, highlight your chosen purchases and click "Buy for yourself". Choose the most convenient payment methods and specify the payment details for the transaction. As soon as the purchase is made, the download of the game distribution will begin, which after unpacking will become available in the "Library" section. To start using the game, you just need to double-click on the name of the installed game.
