Another option is to use google search engine. Enter the site address in the search bar and find it in the results that appear, then click on the "View saved version" button, which is located under the link to the site you are interested in.

Use the Opera mini browser. It was originally intended for use on mobile phones, so you need to install a java emulator first. After that download and launch Opera mini browser. The essence of its work is that your request goes through the opera.com server, and all the information that is displayed on the screen of your computer comes to you from this server, and not from the address of the site that you are requesting, so your proxy is the server does not block it.
