The electronic portfolio of a teacher is his complete resume with calculations about the work done during his career, a description of his pedagogical approach, developments, awards, achievements of his students and, of course, data on education, work experience and his personal data. An electronic portfolio is necessary to simplify both the daily work of a teacher and to participate in the competition for a vacant position. In the latter case, the teacher's website makes it easier for the jury to consider the applicant's candidacy.

Step 1
A portfolio site should be strictly structured. The presence of information that is not related to the work of the teacher, as well as the presentation of information in an unorganized form, is not allowed. The site should consist of several headings: basic information, results of psychological activity, extracurricular activities, scientific and methodological activities, and classroom guidance, if any.
Step 2
In the basic information, it is necessary to indicate the basic data of the teacher: full name, photography, education, work and teaching experience, completed advanced training courses, as well as awards and certificates. For all the information declared, it is necessary to provide a comprehensive confirmation in the form of copies of documents.
Step 3
The results of pedagogical activity should contain materials demonstrating the success of the trained children, such as information about admission to universities, information about medalists, information about student certification, and so on.
Step 4
For scientific and methodological activities, it is necessary to provide materials testifying to the teacher's professional experience with a full justification of the methods used, information on the use of information technologies, information on participation in competitions, in conducting master classes, round tables, developing copyright programs, as well as prepared reports, abstracts, reports and articles.
Step 5
Extracurricular activities on the subject should contain materials on lists of creative works, abstracts, projects, winners of olympiads and competitions, scenarios of extracurricular activities, as well as other documents confirming the teacher's extracurricular professional activity.
Step 6
In the educational material base, it will be enough to place an extract from the study room's passport on the availability of dictionaries, manuals, computer teaching devices, audio and video manuals, as well as the availability of materials for training.
