This approach will provide a lot of convenience and will undoubtedly please any user.

Xmarks Sync is the second solution to the problem of saving a profile. This extension allows you to store passwords on your server, but this process is complemented by many add-ons, plugins and encryption. The extension is available for all browsers (except Internet Explorer and Maxthon).
Step 3
Use KeePass Password Safe. This is already a standalone application that will allow you to store the profile locally or on the network. In terms of capabilities, it is not inferior to Xmarks Sync, but more demanding on resources. It will also take time and a little knowledge of an experienced user to set up the program. KeePass Password Safe from a security point of view is the most reliable option that will save your username and protect it from hacks and online fraud.
