Step 1
When a computer is connected to any network, local or global, it is assigned a unique ip-address. At this address, other computers on the network can contact him. With it, a computer can receive and transmit various data, texts, music and everything else. The ip-address itself (from the English Internet Protocol Address) consists of four bytes and indicates the address of the network, subnet and destination computer.
Step 2
It will not be possible to immediately determine its owner by the ip-address in any case. You can determine the host through which the owner accessed the network. Most likely this is a provider that provides Internet access services or one of the proxy servers that can mask users on the network. If the owner of the ip-address did not use the services of a proxy server, then you can contact the found provider and complain about the owner. You will only need to describe the problem and the damage that the owner of the desired ip-address caused you.
Step 3
To determine the provider (or proxy server, which is worse for us), you need to use one of the Internet services that provide such information, for example https://1whois.ru/ We go to this site and enter the ip-address we need and the site gives out all the necessary information, among it we find the provider's e-mail and send him a letter with the above content. In addition to the e-mail address, information about the region, city and other contact details of the provider will also appear
Step 4
If the owner of the ip-address you need has used various proxy-servers, then unfortunately it will not work to find him without the help of law enforcement agencies, because the employees of the firms will under no circumstances disclose the anonymity of their clients.
