On the eve of the 2014 Olympics, intensive construction is underway in Sochi. Not only sports facilities are being erected, but also buildings that are not related to the Olympic Games. Some construction works can be watched by everyone via the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure you have Java and Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. If these plugins are missing or outdated, please install them or update to the newest versions, otherwise you will not be able to view some of the video streams. In addition, you must be served by a provider on an unlimited tariff plan with a sufficiently high data transfer rate (preferably at least 200 kb / s). Please note that some of the cameras use ports other than 80 (for example, 8080 or 8087). The provider should not block these ports.
Step 2
Enable JavaScript in your browser (unlike Java, this feature does not require any external plugin). Then, when viewing streams from cameras that do not use Java or Flash, the page will periodically reload without pressing the Refresh button or F5.
Step 3
Visit the web pages linked below. Each of them contains tables, the cells of which contain examples of images from webcams. But they do not correspond to those that are transmitted from them at the moment.
Step 4
Click on any of the thumbnails. Depending on the browser settings, the corresponding camera page will open either in a new tab or in a new window. If you are using a Flash or Java applet, wait for it to load. A picture will appear soon and will be updated periodically. Depending on the camera you choose, you will see either video or static images that change at regular intervals.
Step 5
If the camera does not work or you want to switch to another, close the tab. After that click on any other sketch. Opening a view in several tabs at once is undesirable, especially if you are using a computer with a low-power processor or low amount of RAM. This can slow down or even freeze the machine.
