An Internet connection is your channel for accessing the Internet. It can be done through a modem, a wireless Internet access point, or using a cable connected to a computer. In order to break the Internet connection quickly, it is enough to use one of the methods below.
Instructions
Step 1
In case your computer is connected to the Internet via a modem, disconnect it from the power supply. To do this, either reboot the surge protector to which it is connected, or unplug the modem's power cord from the outlet or the power cord from the modem itself.
Step 2
If you are connected to the Internet via a cable, it is enough to pull it out of the connector in the laptop. This method also works if you need to disconnect the connection and you are using a modem.
Step 3
If you use a gprs modem, disconnect the device with which you access the Internet - a mobile phone, or a card with an inserted SIM card. You can either safely remove the device or simply pull it out.
Step 4
When using a wireless connection, turn off the adapter, or turn off the router that provides connection to the Internet.
Step 5
In all of the above cases, the universal method is software disconnection. To do this, click on "Start", then go to the "Control Panel" menu. Find the current connection and click on the "disconnect" button, wait for the command action.
