Since there is no GSM module in the pocket personal computer (PDA), it will not be possible to access the Internet from this device autonomously. If the PDA has a Wi-Fi interface, and there is a nearby Wi-Fi access point, then it is possible to access the Internet. But since this is not always possible, you will need a cell phone with a Bluetooth or IrDA (infrared adapter) interface to access the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Set up your cell phone to access the Internet using GPRS technology. Check with your mobile operator if the GPRS service is activated on your phone. The operator can send an SMS with the settings to your phone (if the device supports this setting method), you just have to save these settings. You can set up your phone manually following the manufacturer's and cellular operator's instructions.
Step 2
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and PDA.

Connect your phone to your PDA via Bluetooth wireless technology. To do this, launch the program for pairing the PDA with the phone - BT Phone Manager (it can be found in "Start-Settings-Connections") and follow the instructions of the program.
Step 4
Set up your Internet connection using your mobile phone as a modem. Enter "Start - Settings", select the "Connections" tab. Click on the "Add a new modem connection" link. Enter any name for the connection in the next window, select Bluetooth Dialup Modem. Then enter the number to dial (depending on the phone model: * 99 # or * 99 *** 1 #), name and password (depending on the mobile operator). Click on the "Advanced" button and enter the modem initialization command in the "Additional" field. dial string commands "(the command for different cellular operators will be different, for example, for Tele2 it will look like this: + CGDCONT = 1," IP "," internet.tele2.ru "). Press the OK and Finish buttons. The connection has been created.
Step 5
Launch BT Phone Manager. In the "service" menu, click "connect". The PDA will connect to the phone and through it to the Internet. Launch Internet Explorer browser.
