If after turning on your computer you manually connect to the Internet each time, it makes sense to automate the process. This can be done using the built-in tools of your program to log on to the Internet and Windows systems.
Instructions
Step 1
Find the internet connection icon on your desktop. Double click on the connection icon to open the password and login window. If you need to enter a username or password each time, enter them and check the box next to "Save username". If they are already saved, just click the Properties button to open the preferences dialog.
Step 2
Select the "Parameters" tab by left-clicking on the required heading. You will see two sections of settings. Uncheck the boxes "Show connection progress" and "Prompt for username" - they are at the top of the window. Make sure there is a check mark in front of the “Call back when disconnected” message. Then click the OK button at the bottom of the window. This will save your changes to the settings. Now the connection will be much faster and more convenient, because the system will stop asking for any action from you.
Step 3
Then you need to add the shortcut of the configured connection to the Windows auto-boot list. Press the "Start" button with the left mouse button. Move the pointer over the All Programs or Programs section, depending on your version of the system. Find a folder called "Startup" or Startup - to do this, look through the entire list of installed programs.
Step 4
Move the shortcut to your internet connection to the Startup folder. Left-click on the shortcut of the program that you have previously configured, and without releasing the mouse button, move the pointer first to the "Start" button, and then to the startup folder. As a result, your shortcut should appear among other programs in this folder. Restart your computer to check if the automatic connection works. Now, with each launch, the system will independently establish a connection to the Internet.
