Step 1

Select the Mail item in the navigation pane to automatically forward incoming messages to another email account.

Step 2

Specify Rules & Alerts from the Tools menu and select Inbox from the Apply to Folder list in your Outlook profile.

Step 3

Click the New Rule button and select the Check Messages After Received option in the Start with Empty Rule section.

Step 4

Click Next and apply the check boxes to the required fields in the Select Criteria section of the new dialog box.

Step 5

Specify the underlined value that matches the condition, then select (or enter) the information you want for the selected condition and click Next.

Step 6

Apply the checkbox to the Forward to: recipients or distribution list box in the dialog box that opens.

Select the desired recipient in the new Edit Rule Descriptions dialog box and click OK.

Click the Next button to confirm your choice and click the Next button again to apply the selected changes.

Enter the desired name in the next Specify Rule Name dialog box and click Finish.

Return to the Mail item in the Navigation Pane to create automatic forwarding of incoming messages to another email record.
