Summing up, it should be said that each user, of course, independently decides what is best for him - Skype or TeamSpeak. The first program has a fairly wide functionality, but it consumes a lot of system resources. The second, in turn, is the opposite. If you are just going to chat with relatives and friends, then opt for Skype, and if you are going to not only communicate, but work or play, then TeamSpeak.
